Checking tenants past addresses and comparing them to eviction court checks.
Suggesting tips to you on how to make your apartment more appealing and priced right to renters to get results.
Signing the lease with you and your new tenant, giving them their copy of “Landlord Tenant Ordinance Summery” and “Pamphlet on Lead Paint Poisoning Prevention” as required by the City Of Chicago when signing any residential lease.
